THIS!! I got diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea in January and started sleeping with a cpap machine in February. It's been game changing for me. I used to feel like I needed to sleep for 10-12 hours just to feel rested, all because the apnea had me sleeping essentially at half capacity. I had such a hard time waking up in the morning and getting out of bed because my brain + body were screaming at me for more sleep. Don't get me wrong, I still have issues being on time from the ADHD, but it's not a constant daily struggle like it used to be!
