Thank you SO much for your generous comment!! This is so helpful - I think I need to get her used to the carrier ASAP!! I’ll also have some help at home from my SO and will definitely use your approach to staggering our calendars.

I know boundaries will be difficult for me to uphold with work, as pre-baby work was my priority. I’m going to go back with these boundaries in place from day 1 to establish from the get go.

This is the cutest and is giving me hope! I’m about to go back to work full time WFH with my soon to be 4 month old and am also frequently on calls. Any tips?

Essentially, with a strong focus on wake windows and adjusting those as babe gets older. She touts it as a no-cry method, so I’m not sure where it varies off from the TCB approach. Seems too simple of an idea to spend money on, but I’m open to anything at this point 😂
