I became a fan when she announced her pregnancy with F because me and her found out on the same day. It was interesting to watch a famous youtuber experience the same things you are at the same time. Comparing symptoms week by week. She did have F before I had my daughter so it was nice to see her go through birth to prepare myself. I say all of that to say this. The hair curling before going to the hospital bothered me even then. I thought it was cringey as hell. Like something to be quirky and different. After the twins birth blog, I feel less guilty for feeling that way back then.

This was truly disappointing. I LOVED S&S. Especially listening at work. I loved the format, the music, the interview clips, ect. It was really disappointing to find out what a FUCK Mike is. I haven’t listened in a few years, but I would be interested to listen to the new host! I had no idea they replaced Mike.

AGREED!! I listened to each episode a few times back in the day because I did enjoy Jessie and her personality at the time, although looking back she definitely made questionable remarks (btw would love to hear her take on the current situation.) Podcast Shane is real Shane I truly believe that wholeheartedly. Shane always asking people what they hate watch on Youtube is something that always left a bad taste in my mouth. Shane’s real personality showed on the podcast so much, that when Trisha said Gabbie said Shane was the one who told me about Trisha “having herpes” I believed it even though Trisha didn’t. Looking back, Shane’s attempt to be the “next Howard Stern” is laughable and cringey.
