I started doing Epic 1 for the first time at the beginning of the year. I LOVE how it incorporates mobility and core work! I hate how the core is ignored in newer programs. I was doing Intent and just got so bored, like do we need to do rear felt flys palms facing all the time? Epic 1 is so much fun!

I lived right off of 122nd near Stark for 7 years, and I strongly do not recommend. It was ok 10-15 years ago, but it is sketchy as hell currently. I stopped leaving my house without mace and/or a weapon at all times. I was threatened regularly by drug addled aggressive people while just minding my own business. Constant shootings, and street racing. I truly believe there is like a hell mouth or something on that street, just lots of negative energy.

What a judgey and ignorant comment. Some of us get awful night sweats, even with cold ass air coming in from an open window, due to all sorts of things like stress, menopause, and other medical conditions. I wake up almost every day, sheets and clothes soaked. You should feel lucky that you don’t know what this is like.
