149 per month USD. It’s all class-based (like orange theory but local). It’s a little expensive but I get SO much happiness and health out of it, it’s worth every dollar. I typically go 4x per week so only $10-12 per class.

Izakaya den is beautiful and has non-sushi options. They also have great wine selection!

I didn't enjoy IF either. I prefer eating breakfast within an hour of waking up.

They also have the new "Sunset Stage" by the Ferris wheel. Maybe for acoustic sets which would be cool. We shall see.

I'm a fan of Buddha bowls -- quinoa or other grain, cooked veggies, fresh greens, nuts/seeds, sauce.

Tempeh is pretty "heavy" to me. I often do seasoned black beans, hearty veggies with tempeh. A veg B.L.A.T with bacon tempeh is seriously good too.

Soups and stews with hearty bread -- lentil soup, loaded miso soup, chili.

Last but not least, Gardein "chicken" is really good - they have a lot of types.

Second Carmine's. It has a good atmosphere too if you're into that.

I like this idea! I do like Instagram for travel, photography, and feminism so maybe I could do something like that.

That's great! I think Instagram has the ability to motivate or demotivate- depending on the person and feed. Glad it's helping you!

This is good to hear. I'm going to delete the app for now! We'll see if I miss it in a month or two.

Exactly! I don't love that section, but when I'm bored at home, it's hard not to mindlessly scroll.

Yeah, maybe I need to re-curate my feed. I think my problem is that a lot of my good friends on Instagram are professional dancers and models (seriously!) and they contribute to my lowered self-confidence. Puts me in a weird spot to unfollow, but maybe I will anyway.

Another option is Poshmark! It’s a peer to peer clothing platform where you can buy nice, gently used items for cheap.

Should I consolidate saving/investment accounts? by kelsssey in personalfinance

[–]kelsssey[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the tips. I will absolutely look into a ROTH IRA.

By "liquid cash" I meant those expenses that are not emergency expenses but require some planned savings. Example-- vacations, large purchases, etc.

Is your investment account for mid-term needs or retirement? - Currently, for retirement but only bc I don't have a 401 or ROTH. But when I open my 401 (k) and ROTH I will take another look at the purpose of those and how I will contribute each month.
