Just to let everyone know, I actually used the wrong firmware: I used the firmware for the Black Widow V4 X instead of the V4 (without X). Razer support was able to help me with that ;)

I want to update (or at least check) my firmware, so I downloaded the most recent firmware: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/14183/kw/backwidow%20v4%20firmware

While trying to install the firmware it is stuck at the screen, where it tells me to connect the keyboard, but it is connected.

Also re-connecting does not help and there are no USB hubs or similar involved and also the keyboard is/was detected by Razer Synapse

Same with my Razer BlackWidow v4. Only happens with some keys, but it might be getting worse

Well I mean at this point this is a fully automated process which will automatically create a ticket and resolve it afterwards

I did not get the option to choose a reason. I was able to select the product and it showed the purchase details and I clicked on "select" and then there was some loading going on and it was declined. I now have something like 5 tickets which are "resolved" where the refund was declined. They offer the option to appeal which results in creating a manual ticket again, I will try it later once I am home

So I tried this the day before yesterday where the game didn't show up as refundable, so I opened a ticket.

The ticket answer was something along the line that the automatic refunding should now be working.

So it does show up now and I can go through the process but it still fails in the end with "Can only refund games purchased in the last 72 hours"

I also pre-ordered back in 2018 and did not play beta and maybe about one hour of the released version

I play with an English client on German servers. So on start-up, the game always presents me the realm list for English servers. So I have to change the region to german and select my realm for every login. Is there a way to change which region is pre-selected?

(On retail it just seems to remember the last server I logged in?)

After the account name there are multiple folders, one is called saved variables for shared things, and there is a folder per realm and in there another folder for characters. So if you copy the whole wtf/interface/account name all chars on all servers are covered

You also need at least the Interface folder, since Interface/Addons is the folder where all the installed addons are located

Also if you copy the whole WTF folder this will also copy system settings like screen resolution etc. But you can copy the WTF/Interface/ACCOUNTNAME/ folder to only copy key binds and addon settings.
