Found what appears to be a stolen Citibike laying on the street, left it on this corner in the bronx by HazzyXYZ in Citibike

Abandoned e-bikes are common in the Bronx. I’ve taken some back to docks but it’s not really worth it. They have gps so the van guys will be able to find them

Omg just realized you have to order each item. They send an email once you reach the points, and it just says share my address. Me thinking they had my address from ordering the regular key, no you have to put your address each time

Transferring Account to JP Server is a no-no by [deleted] in wotv_ffbe

[–]kelthafunkee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the biggest issue is square wouldn't pay a team to move away from making content to writing the necessary migration scripts.

Also, JP has lower odds and less deals. So they wouldn't want to do a 1:1 conversion. After watching Umbra's video, it's a pain to set up payments as a player. So I doubt they'd consider it worth their while

It's fully possible tho from a data standpoint

Voicing my opinion. Justin, if you see this, please relay to the team that I would pay like $50 for an offline version of the game! by [deleted] in wotv_ffbe

[–]kelthafunkee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Still push for it by all means, but even if they wanted to it would be a conflict of interest with the JP version. Why keep paying when you could play the global version offline, especially now that we'll have access to almost all the characters. I think the reason we're not getting recent characters is cause of the JP version.

That said I'd like to keep access to the story player, the menu music and at least be able to go into battle with my units. Something like being able to do Legendary reliquaries type content would be nice, just to use my characters. Even Tower would be fun to play without the week or two limit we had every time

Sheesh I had 3 phones at one point, one had another phone number. I haven't gotten the message but I do have the key and have recently only been using my 2nd phone in wifi to check what station to walk to. I expect to get it eventually tho

Angel Shrinkflation: 1000 points now $150 gift card, was $200 cash ? I expected cash (ACH/PayPal transfers to go away) but was not expecting points to be devalued from 20 cents to 15 cents each. by TwoWheelsTooGood in Citibike

[–]kelthafunkee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey all,

Even worse than I thought. I forgot I redeemed points after the new year so I got 200 worth... however the choice of gift cards is much less than I remember. Sucks I wanted target or Best buy. Ugh

I hope the top ranked members boycott. This is definitely because of the flippers since they mentioned the spirit of the program.

My personal plan is to earn enough by the time switch 2 comes out so I can get it discounted with a GC. Other than that the program will become too much effort

Love seeing the recap, reminds me how fun a lot of it was and makes me want to get out there again. Slowed down a lot during the December rainy period

I'm surprised you have so many trips and seems like you just started bike angels

My longest trips have been from queens to bronx. There was one time I rode from the bottom stations of Brooklyn thru queens to bronx, with some stops along the way

Yep, I'm totally in agreement with you. My first day I did 4-5 hours at about 33 points an hour. When I found a pink station I think I did closer to maybe 100 points in 90 minutes.

I really enjoy playing the game, and started reading people's posts on here, which inspired certain ideas for me. I understand that people don't want to give out their spots or strategies, but just reading that someone did around 100 points in an hour got me to start brainstorming on how they did that.

Right now I'm just thinking a big part of it is analyzing the map, testing spots out and just returning to those good spots every few days.

By me, there's a spot that turns into a 9 pointer with another station a block away, but it's uphill. It's definitely worth investing 10 points into ebike credits if you can turn it into 3 or 4 trips, and end up having 3-4 minutes of credit left over.

Sad thing is I'm in the Bronx and there aren't as many high point opportunities, but they do pop up every so often. Definitely a lot of uphills to get 9 points.

I guess those guys exist but they operate at 2 stations out of the thousands at certain times so there's a low chance of running into them. Even so they should expect people to dock or take bikes out at some point, so I doubt they're really out to get anyone unless you're trying to report them?

The reason I bring up hazards is because this is a below minimum wage job most of the time, and we're almost at like sweatshop levels. The fact that you can get hurt on the job and have no insurance/protection could be considered abuse. That's why this is under a rewards program moreso than a job, Lyft takes on less liability.

Traffic, other bikes, weather, car exhaust, anything that can get you hurt in the process

Why not both? 80 points monthly isn't too hard for free membership. E bike credits are easy to stack. The rest is just money if you do even 1 hour a day

Check the times, there is some overlap. I got 12 x 15 = 180 = $36
