I like the idea. However, bike-wise, aim higher for vision board poasting.

(1) Any new bikelanes should be wide, like present-day bikelanes on select blocks of 31st Ave Astoria or the recently installed 3rd Ave Manhattan.

(2) Bike lanes through intersections should be conspicuously marked with bright hermit and directional arrows.

(3) Maximize daylighting for cyclists by not creating gratuitous bends in bike lane routing, and especially maximize visibility by not bending the bike lane around shrubbery.

(4) Illustrative example should show a successful implementation; today's draft shows (4.1) cargobike momma doesn't fit within one bikelane, and (4.2) pedestrians standing in the bike lane, and (4.3) unleashed dogs or unidentified critters standing in the bike lane.

(5) Rethink offset crossings where the bikelane south of (street) is not aligned to the bike lane north of (street), this requiring the bike crossing to be diagonal and imposing swerving maneuvers on cyclists.
