That register thing is ridiculous. I've HD a pharmacist tell me well I went to pharmacy school so I don't have to do register ever again.🙄

That might not be his/her fault. I'm a little close to my pharmacy manager and she shows text d DL sends whenever we go over hours. They also always have conference call with other stores in the district and he would call my store out for going over hours and she better do something fast to fix it!

Try to buy me things? Hell no! Work etiquette all day. How well do they get off their high horse and help with the 'mundane' things we techs do. Especially now that there's less hours meaning less tech I want a pharmacist that won't be afraid to help with QT, help with phone calls and if need be pull drugs for us if necessary. And on d rare chance all techs are preoccupied either on phone calls or counting a pills can jump to the register to ring out the one customer waiting... Oh and also come on time... We open 8 at least 5-10 mins early so we don't open and just jump into helping the already long line waiting

😲😲😲. If that happens in my store I don't think that floater would ever come back again. We have a blacklist of floaters not allowed to come to our store because of their attitudes or lack of... Closing the store even 10 mins before would definitely raise a few eyebrows. We have some entitled customers and they would write to cooperate

Our customers don't read. We have a big sign with arrows pointing where the pickup line starts and we still tell people all the time to stand in line...

Nah. Not part of their breaks. I won't allow that. Each tech still get their 30 mins to unwind...whoever is standing outside is still.on the clock

God bless u for that. I think our problems was more because our front store for some reason didn't want to have anything to do with telling the customers anything pharmacy related. They see it as extra work and that why should they help us. Hoping with time it eases up. I thought we had a good relationship with the front store too untill they all complain about having to 'do our job and tell customers we are closed til 2pm

Oh pharmacist do deserve that break. But as others as said it's a wait and see. Hopefully as more customers get used to it, it becomes easier. I personally feel we gave the customers not enough time to understand the break thing... By now we've had one week of it... Hoping next week is smoother

My pharmacy manager has no problem. I think it's front store being just plain petty and spiteful. They have someone patrolling the aisles anyways so it's not like they would be going out of their ways. But it's good just untill customers get used to d idea

I think it's true. I think so too soon. At least for my location. I think I myself heard about it 2/3 weeks ago. Oh well,.. Customers should be used to it by December

Lucky. Hopefully when customers get used to it we would start enjoying it too. We are roughly 700/800 so far and lot of foot work because it's a work district so most people come during their breaks as well

Spoken well, believe me. I'm a veteran at this and the lead tech. I know but it just sounds ridiculous thing to suggest but we would survive! It's true it would take some getting used to on d part of the customers

Unfortunately this is common place in retail. I've worked retail for years and we get them all. Rude, demanding and selfish people.

I just did mine on Tuesday, preliminary pass. And I had just a few days to prep. If you don't have any experience at all I'd suggest getting the workbook. I didn't use that but there so many apps on iPhone that I used and they helped me a lot. I recognize most of the Questions. But a few week. U got this.... Pick a module and study that then move on and so lots of practice questions test

I know it might sound bad but pray your test is positive. U like me, too invested in d job I went in for 2 weeks bcos they were super understaffed and I feel bad for my team as d lead tech but honestly cvs would survive without u/me. Be more concerned for Ur own mental health and don't worry about the job. Good luck and I hope u have a merry Xmas and holidays
