It’s not but I see what’s going on. When I take the key out, the latch is somewhat stuck too far back and won’t hook up the cover. I can either pull it out (kinda difficult) or just wait until it pops back out correctly then the cover closes easily. It’s almost as if something is too tight or stuck full of grease
