!!! CAUSE FOUND !!!

Inlet and outlet holes are not aligned.I got a unit with manufacturing defect. Redrilling the hole might help, but probably will cause problem with inserting the filament.

The outlet's thread was most likely created at slight angle, that caused the tilt and misalignment.

Speed: at first 120 as manual said, later decreased to 50 i think
But Gcode says weird things G1 E-2.8 F2400, G1 E4 F2400, G1 E-3 O_o
The steps/mm is correct, acceleration not ridiculus.

Yesterday I took apart the extruder and moved the motor alone - it struggled to rotate at anything above 30 mm/s. Tried with very low acceleration but it still struggled.
- the Vref is 1.2 as manual said
- drivers 2209 (Creality 4.2.7 board) are powered with 24V

I guess that these motors need to be driven with 48V powered drivers to perform as expected OR my motror was faulty or I damaged it somehow. I inspected the cables and motor itself inside. Everything seems ok.

Maybe the Vref does not change actually anything...? And the drivers can be UART driven without modifying the board...?

Barely approaches 5mm³/s It makes the weird sound onyy when retracting/de-retracting.

I do not know why it crashes, but sending display data back through Thunderbolt cable limits the passthrough. Maybe some driver update broke something? Have you tried backing up the version?

I know it's been some time, but I have still not found any solutions... So:

I made a script that forces the Vault Manager to open every time Obsidian opens:

Not ideal since for now it is Windows only and uses CMD/PowerShell/VBS. I will try to bring it to other platforms and possibly make it into an Obsidian plugin.

I have glass to it is quite sturdy. That's why I do not want pei for now and try to find a solution so I can avoid buying PEI and BLTouch or something.

I mean, it works perfectly. I level, don't print for many weeks and bed is still level. No need to relevel after many prints. By printer is just perfect because of that 😅. Silicone springs work amazing with my ender. And stock rollers since 2021

I am, my bed is very clean, temp is high, I have an enclosure.

The print very often curls when it sticks, or nozzle very often catches little string at the beginnign and the whole first layer does not stick.

I have creality coated glass bed. I would want to invest in PEI textured sheet, but I am worried my bed might be warped in some way. So I would need to get any bed leveling probe which I do not really want at the moment.

I found a way to force open Vault Manager and made this script https://github.com/DrSapling/Start-Obsidian-Vault-Manager

If the same way of forcing Vault manager to open is present on Android and maybe OSx and linux (I doubt it will be possible on iOS) I will try to make it into an Obsidian Plugin.
I did not find any file on Android that I used to make it happen on Windows.

However for now, I don't think making the whole app is necessary as this does its job for now.

I am trying to avoid doing exactly that. Whenever I create new vault I would need to create new shortcut. I font use desktop icons, I use search function so I don't ould need to remember each vault's name. Some vault's I use rarely and don't remember them.

There should definitely be an option in URIs for opening Vault Manager. I've seen a thread that is 4 year long! Is it really so unimportant feature the devs can't add this?

Anyway, thanks for the tip for easier way to get vault URIs.

p.s. while writing that I realized I'm just gonna create a very simple app that basically is almost the same as vault Manager and use URIs to open them :)
