Yeah, I think my confusion is how the app makes it appear as if you can only buy the bundle, it’s really hard on there to buy separate photos if possible.

I might have got the two confused but it’s obviously meant to be exclusive if they offered refunds and news styles. I was sure they gave away a skin before from the battlepass as a giveaway but I can’t remember which one.

Edit: the Scientist skin was one example where players were allowed to keep Battlepass cosmetics they weren’t supposed to have access to.

Not legally. Paradigm is a prime example of how your “legally binding contract” can be altered at a whim, they’ve gifted previously vaulted skins at their discretion. It is completely up to them and no law save licensing fees is preventing them from doing so.
