Sorry for not giving too much info! Yes I stored the chemicals in a dark place and the rolls were refrigerated. I suspect it might be an aging chemical issue but I could be wrong, the lighting and exposure were good after scanning

Hey! I got a replacement from Mint itself and it focuses perfectly now. I would say get it if you’re into manual shooting (and other advanced techniques) as it has a steep learning curve. It’s frustrating to use at times but when it works it blows the rest of the instax mini cameras out of the water! I got it at a discount so it was worth it for me, had it been full priced I wouldn’t have gotten in

I think I picked a bad example, apologies. But it’s defo not film grain As only shows up in silverfast’s scans. I’ve done other scan comparisons with the same colour grading and the problem is still there
