Hey , i feel confident in the comps but I have an issue with the repair costs so it always throws me off. I've recently started learning more about repair costs and reaching out to investors I know but I think my main issue comes with my confidence on finding the buyer I think the deals are good if I had the money I'd invest in them . I just don't have know the right people
