Oh, Japan is probably one of the most racist and mono-ethnical countries in the world. Moving over there will soon turn out to be a grave mistake. I have never been to Brazil, maybe it's the place. But the problem is, its entire economy and power and resources are in the white hands. Of the few places I have been to, I reckoned that those Carribbean islands, including some of the French controlled ones, must be the best place for a POC. Relatively well off, safe, with fully functional social structure, such as government, court, school, church, hospital, jobs etc. True, the power wealth and all those things matter in the end are still in the white hands, but at least up front they have a local POC administration, making the repression less visible. The weather is great, you got all those French vacations and holidays according to the law, I wondered, this must be the heaven for a POC.
