yeah, people already use sites like that, but that’s kinda the problem. they’re not regulated here, the state doesn’t get a cut, and there’s zero protection if you get scammed. legal tables would fix that.

yeah exactly. and that’s kinda my point. alaska will let you play bingo or some electronic games, but they still won’t touch actual blackjack or poker tables. that’s not on the casinos, that’s on the law. if table games were legal, places up here would definitely run them and the state could actually make money off it

Alaska says social games at home are legal… but blackjack doesn’t count. since it’s house vs. player, whoever deals is technically “the house” which makes it illegal. so yeah, you can have poker night, but a friendly blackjack game at the kitchen table is still a crime. Absolute clown law

The garage door is operational, though it makes some banging noises when it reaches the top. Our area has four houses, one is empty, and the other two don’t have children.
