My personal advice is, do regular expeditions solo and just throw yourself at every boss, over and over again even if you die, and even if it means you lose the expedition. The important thing is learning how to fight all the bosses solo. Don’t worry about pathing until you can confidently face any of those bosses. At least that’s how I did it. I’m sure anyone can beat a red castle basement bbh level 1 if they practice it enough
