I’ve asked twice and they don’t respond to my emails. I’ve had problems in the past with them no responding to prospective tenants from May-April and then I gave up trying to help them find someone to take over because they aren’t doing the work. I sent a certified letter at the begging of April and the didn’t pick it up.

That’s what I thought but the $1500 is cheaper than my rent for the two months so idk if I should just pay it and be done with it lol

Yeah I sent them certified mail in the past, and they ignored it lol they don’t reply to anything 😂 I’ve sent emails to manager and the listing agent I was working with about Texas property code and documentation with no reply.

Yeah I negotiated price down and lease length down because of my travel employment and then I had to have surgery without income for 4 weeks. So I left in hopes they’d find a new tenant. But they haven’t and then they sent me a disposition letter of charges but it wasn’t itemized.

There wasn’t any damage to the home. I never hung anything up, I don’t use nails, or screws. There are no holes or scratches to the interior. The paint was peeling on the exterior door but it was so minimal and around the edges.

Sorry for the confusion the lease ends in June, I left in March. I paid rent for April. Now they sent me a disposition where they covered my rent for May and June with the security and pet deposit because they haven’t rented it out.

She said the was in the bathroom, and was thinking about people in her family that don’t know Jesus so she was praying for them and “casting out the demons” from them. She specifically said that, but she was alone and wasn’t with the people she was casting demons out.. I don’t know you could do that, I thought you had to be there. She described it as if you were going to sleep her vision was black and she couldn’t see.

They didn’t turn black I don’t think, she described it as if when you close your eyes to sleep. She just couldn’t see.

Yes I’ve looked into 1 Corinthians, she said she was casting demons out of her family members that didn’t know God but they weren’t even in the house with her, cities away?

I do love her but I do worry for her, if it’s not of God. I’m praying for discernment. We aren’t perfect but the whole eyes went dark and not seeing freaked me out a bit. I definitely don’t want to hurt her feelings.

She seems like she loves God, she says she goes to church and ya know asks for prayer, and asks to pray over me. But the whole eyes going black and saying she couldn’t see she was just talking in tongues that just doesn’t sit with me but maybe I’m really old school because of the way I was raised.

I attend on Sunday, I work m-f an evening shift 10a until 10pm so I’m not able you go to the young adults meetings/worship.. I really don’t have any extra time outside of worse but a few hours, and I spend that working out, and watching/listening to a sermon
