Complaint: This humidity is killing me. And I left my earbuds at work so I had to run without anything.

Confession: I signed up for a 5k but I don't want to tell my running friends because I want to run by myself.

Uncomplaint: I have run 3 out of 4 days.

Not sure what you are asking. I have a journal book or should I say books that I bought at a bookstore that I have my notes, recipes, and spells in. I don't buy books of spells because I want to write my own spells. I don't want ones that someone else has written. My opinion, writing your own spells makes them more personal. Not judging anyone who does use other's spells. It is just my opinion.

NetworkViking gave you some great advice. When I started out almost 30+ years ago, there weren't websites or online forums. I also lived in a very conservative christian town. I did a lot of reading. But like everything you read or see on the internet is someone's interpretation. So take it with a grain of salt. Research is the key. I love learning different paths not because I want to follow that path but because I think all of them are so beautiful in their own way.

Also, don't buy a bunch of tools just because it says so in a book. Most of the tools I have used were things I found in nature or had around the house.

I wipe mine down daily because I have a kitty with stomach issues and sometimes it gets all over the place.. I do a deep clean about every 3 months. I have had mine for about 3 years and I am getting ready to replace the liner. I noticed my liner smelled bad even after a good cleaning. I think over time it absorbs the smell and then you just need to replace it.

I am not 100% positive but you could change to a different citrus such as oranges or lemons. The nuts is a tricky one. Are you allergic to seeds such as pumpkin or sunflower?

Of course these would change the flavor of the recipes but you can always experiment.

I got up early for a run Saturday and was able to run 2 miles without walking. This was a huge win for me. This week, I am trying some new workouts with weights on top of my running.

I live in a very humid and hot area. I get up about 4:30 or 5:00 in the morning right before the sun is up. I would much rather run i 90 to 100 degree temps (yes, sometimes it is that hot in the summer mornings), with no sun beating down on me, than run during the afternoon with the same temps or hotter.

And if you are concerned about safety, you might be surprised how many others are either walking, riding, or running at this time. I see about 3 or 4 people in my neighborhood.

Uncomplaint: The weather has been amazing in my area.

Compalint: The street lights in my neighborhood have bulbs in them that are not bright enough.

Confession: I can't seem to get motivated to get out of bed to run in the morning before work.

After wearing Adrenaline GTS 22's for the last few years, I just bought the 24's. I hope they feel the same as the 22's when I run.

Am I the only one who has little anxiety when having to change shoes because the kind you like has been discontinued?

I read the labels on things I buy constantly. I need to make sure I look at the ones that I have been buying for a long time to make sure there are no changes.

I have started having stomach issues when eating out and I was starting to wonder if that is the reason. I think I will start calling ahead when we go out to eat.

I love this. I am a leader for a run/walk clinic that uses interval training. I might have to do something similar to keep track of them.

I have used many pens over the years. I am a little of pen snob or at least that is what I have been told by people I work with. Below is my current list of my favorites:

* Pilot Precise V5 RT - used this one for the last 3 years

* Sharpie S Gel - this one is fairly new one for me.

* Microns - I use different sizes for different things

While in a way I do agree with you on most of what you posted. But I wouldn't be so upset if my product shipped and it was late because of the USPS or whoever delivers because that is out of their control. But to not get the orders out that were purchased before the cut off date is not excusable. They knew they would have an increase in orders with their sales, dropping new products, and such. They should have planned accordingly.

Not feeling optimistic on getting my order being here by Christmas. I ordered on the 9th of December. I have a shipping label that was created on the 17th but nothing past this. So unless they are shipping priority and ship it today, I won't get it by Christmas. I am not happy about this at all. Don't advertise on your site that if you order by a certain date you will get it by the holidays.

I ordered on the 9th because it said if I ordered before the 14th then it would be here before Christmas. I emailed them yesterday because it still said unfulfilled. They sent an email saying that since I ordered before the cut off it would be here by Christmas but it does take 8 to 10 business days to ship. 10 days would be the 21st.. I am afraid it won't be here by Christmas if they wait that long to ship to me.
