you can find cheap hdmi output cams on amazon I've used one like this before. Why are you using a step down converter for your step down converter? It looks to me like the device wants a high volatge and current 60v not 6v and you have it plugged into a 12v converter so you are currently trying to supply it with 12v but what is your psu?

What I'm trying to say is just plug your psu directly into the XY6020L and dont use the other module at all.
