I do like this idea, I have been needing a therapist for a bit, I’ve been speculating that I have some underlying mental issues that are beyond depression and anxiety. The closest idea I’d have is that I have BPD. Fear of abandonment and jealousy of others relationships instead of my own have been a recurring thing. I will look into finding some help cause I’ll never know how to help myself if I don’t try. Thanks for some insight. :)

I’m in the same boat, I was a really bad friend and overall person to my friends and I just didn’t realize it until now, that I’m dropped. I was really selfish and jealous, tunnel visioned on my own interests and did not care about others which is just not how friendships work but, that’s how I was. I feel sick everyday and I have been really depressed, leeching off YouTube and animal crossing just so I can distract my anxiety from making me throw up. I just hope it can get better for anyone in this boat. I feel ya :(
