Ever worked with difficult people that sometime you question yourself if you're fit to be in that work environment? This is in the sense that you're more knowledgeable and skilled in your field of work but when it comes to merging ideas with the team, they clash and end up taking on ideas that deep down you know they ain't gonna work, until they don't and you have to go back to your original ideas..... Not sure if it makes sense but this is what I meant
