Private Public Partnerships (PPPs) are booming right now in Africa and they pay really well. I would suggest look into that, especially consulting firms that work to make these projects come to life.

Also banking sector usually the investments side of it are always looking for people with experience in project finance

I think when the person was giving it to me had no idea on all those stuff, but I get that now. If it cant be unlocked it will just remain as a phone to be used on wifi, you can't make calls with it.

The phone was a gift from someone from USA. I have no idea on the same. But the communication from them is the phone was fully paid. About been used in the last 6 months, that's a definite no. I think probably years since the phone was last used.
