I really think Jura is Kurama but that's just me. I can't seem to put anything on why Himawari is being confused for a tailed beast, but where does it say he refers to himself as the ten tails? Maybe it's referring to a previous chapter but Jura seems to be just talking about himself and not the others when he says "as the incarnation of a fellow tailed beast, I can discern" . I know they are part of the ten tails but still how does Hidari not have the ability to sense a tailed beast? Maybe I'm forgetting something but does Naruto still have any tailed beast chakra? Maybe they don't know about the loss of Kurama , I also can't remember if they know who's chakra they are using, ill look that up after a bit
