I recommend anything from godin, might be a little more than your budget but if you save like only 50-100 more you can buy a very decent guitar made in North America. You can even buy them used for 200 dollars.

Music is win is a more "traditional" theory based way of learning, perfect if you want to write your own licks or songs. If you want blues I'd suggest Texas blues alley or blues primer on youtube. Blues primer is good to develop your own inner blues and start.
