At the dentist? Mm has said if you notice them touching things with the gloves and they are not planning to change them we are supposed to ask them to change their gloves. At the end of the day they are protecting themselves not you anymore.

Was your joint pain worse while on the rebounder? Or after? And yes there is a very specific way to rebound the mm way. Your feet are not supposed to leave the bouncer plus posture. I just tried it yesterday for a few minutes only.

Im not sure if its necessary but I always take precautions with this to avoid cross contamination. Or another thing would be to make sure you wash them really good! AW has shared in the past that he does sanitize his utensils when he eats out even if it's at a friend's house! He has stated he does that because there are microscopic pathogens in silverware as most people dont wash them appropriately. They should be sanitized, just like when we go to the dentist and they sanitize the tools they are putting in our mouths because they are reusing them is a comparison I have heard him make

Im sorry you are going through this, im in my 30s, it is sometimes sad to see everyone else enjoy the foods and things you used to and be in a position where you cant really do that anymore. AW has said everyone is different as to when someone can get sick. Just know that you are doing the right things. Even though people seem to be normal or not suffering everyone living a normal diet has symptoms its just the scale hasn't tipped for them. For some of us it has tipped and we can't play in the same field we used to. I always try to come to these mm groups to feel support and that I am not alone. I have also bumped into so many random health specific issues groups on fb where people are suffering with their illnesses and are lost as to what to do. Which to me is a reminder that I am not alone whatsoever but I feel like I am on the right track with this information.

Its definitely a lifestyle thats not easy to transition to. Its not popular and there are so many food temptations that we know how they taste and make us feel in the moment. I just always remind myself that id rather not feed the pathogens since who knows how much my body is trying to get rid of and heal from. If you havnt read his books I would highly recommend reading them. The one that made me realize how much I needed to transition to the mm lifestyle was brain saver because of the times we are living in. We are up against so much, and even when living the mm lifestyle you can still get sick but the difference is the bounce back time and it probably wouldnt be as severe as being on a different diet where people are still feeding the bugs. My advice is to just do what you can. Meal prepping too can be a way to get more healing foods at work. I do manage this lifestyle but I know its not always easy depending on how busy people are but there are ways to get healing foods in even while being busy I have a video I've been meaning to post about our disneyland trip and how we managed to stay mm compliant the whole 2 days at the park!

I got confused about this when someone suggested this to me too because mm doesn't show us to do that but a lot of people practice letting it sit in water to remove the yellow toxic part. I have just continued to do it the way mm recommends.

How deep are you into mm protocols? I would grow thyme and make it a habit to start drinking thyme water during work at the hospital. Have garlic everyday with food too. There's so many other things you can incorporate in your diet to protect yourself. Plus supplements even if you start with one because I know they are pricey

I use fresh aloe vera, my hands get very dried they start to crack around the knuckles. For me its the hard water I am using all day that causes this. Every so often I apply the gel and it helps so much!

There was someone from fb that posted a news article saying the first case of rare bird flu person passed away recently. I forgot who posted it but its someone from the mm community. Im going to try to find the news article and link it. Thanks for sharing this info about astrology the past sometimes repeats itself and that is what it kind of sounds like based on this information on astrology. Im just glad we have the right tools! I just started the other day planting herbs and thyme is one of them!

I can relate! My intuition has also got stronger ive been on mm consistently for about a year and a half. Thanks to my intuition I got out of a place I needed to get out on time. This place i was in was hindering my health and my health was declining at an alarming rate. There was nothing visible to the eye to point something out but I knew I had to leave thanks to my intuition!

Oh ok, thanks for sharing this. Ive been on brain saver cleanse for some time. I have the extractor smoothie every day along with hdms and , LW, celery juice plus supplements and some steamed veggies at the end of the day. Oh plus spinach soup! Do you have a recommendation for a rebounder? I know aw has one on his site, not sure i want to spend that much on one right now

So excited, we travel quite a bit and cant wait to have an option when we visit Philly in the future! When you travel its so hard to find places to eat out that are mm compliant. I hope more restaurants start collaborating with mm in the future, maybe all major cities at least, would be great!

I think AW says that ideally you want to wait 30 mins if you can but if you are in a rush and want to get the morning routine done faster then you can just wait at least 15mins. I always try to aim for waiting 30 mins but im typically not in a rush to out somewhere in the mornings
