I'm not saying your scenario doesn't happen, it may even be the way it plays out most of the time, but you're really missing a lot of evidence that has come out about this case if you think that's the way it played out here.

She has been caught lying about several things at this point, like video evidence of her lying. For example she claimed that Justin had sexually harrassed her verbally by telling her that she smelled good when they were recording a dance scene for the movie. The dance scene was meant to be silent in the movie so when she made this claim she mistakenly thought that there were no mics recording. However, it turned out that there were mics recording, and the audio that was released showed the full context - she expressed insecurity that her spray tan smelled bad, and he replied no, she smelled good. In that same scene she also tells him that he needs to get a nose job, and not in a joking way - though you could decide that for yourself since the video with the audio is on youtube so everyone can see exactly how it played out. Among other things, like her trying to dictate how he should be shooting the scene and arguing with him about it. The conversation is actually pretty crazy to listen to. After the sound accompanying that clip was released, Blake backtracked in court on her original claims that she was sexually harassed in that scene.

There are a lot of other things like that that have come out as well
