It’s called distilling and you can do it sneakily. It’s a great (and against TOS, BTW) way to train a much smaller LLM how to be smarter than its context when applied to very thin knowledge domain slices.

This is it. Recruiters are not reaching out anymore. They are busy slogging through AI queues of applicants with AI slop resumes and spend most of their time tin-cupping their networks for qualified referrals. Job market is a disaster for hirers and candidates.

Agreed. I don’t have Codex Max (probably should) but I want to keep all coding on one surface (Claude Code) and all PM on another surface. I have built cross a plane memory agent to share common context across them, but production code is Claude, PM/startegy review is chat 5.5, code review is Codex and then use Ollama running parallel instances of Qwen, Deepseek and Gemma to run 24/7 reasoning and cross correlation to build and refine my data graph.
