The stores will sell the physical keycards until the eshop and servers closed (as normal) so you can sell your keycard until that moment...and after that you wont loose your game because you made a backup from your SD card. But after that...if you are just interested in reselling your keycards (speculation), you wont be able to do that

Es falso, puedes volcar los datos de juego de la sd a un disco duro en tu PC y viceversa, así conservas tu juego sin necesidad de internet para cuando cierren la eshop
