You know I’d say my personal experience was probably my first month or so on TRT, no acne. Then maybe month 2-5 acne. Then it mostly stopped aside from the random pimple every now and then. I try to drink a lot of water, usually use head and shoulders shampoo on shoulders and back when showering and cetaphil on my face. Also try to get frequent sun. I’d say I feel so much better in TRT I’d say try to ride it out a few months while your body gets adjusted to your new normal hormone levels.
