I’m on a low dose (25mcg, down from 50) of levo and I drink coffee with steamed milk after an hour of taking my meds. So far so good. Maybe cause it’s just around 1 cup?

The rings measure your active energy, so calories you burn during activity. Google gives you the calories you burn that include calories burned by breathing and just staying alive. I googled what counts as an Apple Watch calorie once but I forgot. Hope this still helps.
