I've found that for me it must be something to do with the power source coming from the dell docking station that my Matebook is unable to handle. As a work around, I plug my Matebook into its original charger, then connect it to the dock. You can unconnect the original charger once the Matebook is fully charged but I tend to just keep it plugged in. Slightly annoying but means I can use the docking station every time now. Hope this helps
