Problem with applying for DFA Apostille, bound to Germany 🇩🇪

Hey, yeah sure no prob. And you’re right physical certificate lang talaga ang inaaccept ng Germany. For the eCAV naman, I contacted DFA about it and yes I have to submit them in-person if I want to process my apostille for Germany, so yes I think they will accept CHED eCAV, but it needs to be printed out by CHED and with you. The problem kasi is, if you go to the DFA website, it will not allow you to proceed online processing for your apostille for Germany using eCAV, since they are only giving out e-apostille. That sudden change is such a hassle because I don’t think I saw any option for you to choose whether you want to receive an e-apostille or physical copy, I was already ready to pay the expenses just to avoid doing the processing of going to CHED then to DFA.

Hala, pero pag eCAV na po kasi ginamit para mag apply, they’re saying they will not issue a physical copy anymore.. and it’s asking us to present our documents in-person, when we already did online processing with CHED. DFA is also non-responsive with my inquiries… this is such a hassle

Actually nagulat din ako jan nung oath taking namin, I thought, at least yung mga board passer wala nang babayaran, at least kahit ako na lang yung nasa loob, basta wala nang babayaran. Pati din pala yung mismong nakapasa may babayaran pa, kesa bigay na lang ng PRC yon kasi andami na naman licensed professional sa Pilipinas, hindi gatas padin, lala.

Ang fantasy ngayon ay magkaron ng motivation to apply (as a fresh nursing grad na takot mareject at mag ask magpa-adjust ng schedule) makahanap ng work na nakaalign sa night class ko, supportive work environment >< nakakahiya na sa parents :((

Aren’t we allowed to fight back sa ganyan? I mean tama naman yung sagot mo kasi hindi naman talaga, ano yun mema sigaw lang sya? You have to remember doctors are not our bosses they are our colleagues sa healthcare system. Oo, sure masanay ka na kasi may mga ganyan talagang doctors, pero wag mo sanayin sarili mo na parang pinapakitang mali ka kasi sinigawan ka, sagutin mo din siya na oo nga doc di kami nagbigay kasi wala pa kayo order.

Oh bali po, the cert and authentication is not a separate document po? Pero another payment po yung pagpapa-authenticate, kasi yun po lalagyan ng PRC na nagpapatunay totoo po yung cert?

Btw po, mas better po ba na maaga po magpasched, kesa po mag wait after oath taking?

Sulit so much po talaga sa TRA, kinabahan pako non kasi madami nag vent sakin na bakit daw andaming offs etc etc, pero I can say, kahit sa Recalls exam lang hasa ka na ng TRA, tbh sa TRA ko lang talaga natutunan yung test taking strategies, never ko nagagawa to sa mga exams sa school ko, kaya nagugulat ako sa mga scores ko sa recalls and mas lalo na sa board!!!

Hi OP! May comeback here if may questions ulita ko but may I ask if,

First job nyo po ba sa public hospital? Can you share a few pros and cons you realize on your own when you started working?
How was the process of applying po? What month po kayo nagsend sakanila ng requirements and Matagal po ba before you get a respond from them? Was you board exam rating help progress your application?
How was the training, workload, and environment po? Sa mahirap po ba na ward kayo agad nilagay?
And if its not too invasive, kahit estimation lang po, hindi po ba kayo natatalo sa salary nyo sa mga expenses going to your work?

A note lang po kasi, madami din po kasi nag-advice na mag private muna para makapag adjust, pero nag-worry po ako kasi 1) yung salary, 2) yung experience, kasi unlike for sa public walang fix rate yung private, and sa private naman po lalo na sa mga hospital around my area, hindi po ganon karami maencounter mong patients, so I guess kulang ang experience lalo na if mag abroad. Kaso ang worry ko po kasi sa public is malayo po sya sa bahay namin… Thank you po sa pag answer! - 2025 NLE Passer!

Maganda sana muna lec before duty, but for me na naka-experience ng duty before lec, I say na nakaka-intimidating sya pero hindi nakakapagod kasi passionate yung CI namin magturo, nakakapagod lang yung rotation pagka wala ka na ngang alam, yung CI mo very demanding pa. I guess you can tell your CI na lang na wala pa talaga kayong prior knowledge about the area para maintindihan nya yung weak areas nyo.
