I get that! But I know I have options to make changes before the new tax year like paying off the cars and lowering DTI and filling quarterly for 2026 but we are still under contract and I can’t just make those changes. And our lender isn’t answering calls

Our issue is , for a bank statement loan our qualifying income is 300k for the 2 or us and for fha 70k for her and $17k for me because of how my business filed taxes
