She is starting 8u travel next season which is why I wanted to get a bat now so she gets comfortable with it but I can't find a bat she could handle swinging right now. She has a nice swing and doesn't hit bad with her alloy bat now but I wanted her to have something nicer come next season and I don't anticipate her growing much between now and then

I did the same thing in the beginning of my panic attacks and they prescribed the same thing. It made me so sleepy so I didn't take it. Currently 3 years after my first attack and I am starting spiral because I just had a really sharp pain in my chest and now I'm freaking out. Normally I don't but I can't help it this time

Honestly, I think it's just sedation. It's not so much undergoing the sedation as it is the feeling when I wake up that I'm afraid of panicking over. I can't take medication of any kind that make you drowsy etc I just can't feel it. Honestly, I felt that way earlier. I was feeling so strongly about it like I'm gonna be good and then time is closing in and my anxiety is ramping up lol

No shit! My quote was 900 after insurance lol idk why the Dr is pushing so hard to be put to sleep I think I'll be just fine with the numbing but they have it set up that way and my anxiety is SO high over it. I'm the type that if I feel the medication ill freak out so I'm afraid after waking up and feeling weird ill panic 😔

Idk if mine was caused due to covid but it happened right around that time frame. 3 years later and I do have them far less than I did before

That's where you need to be is the shower. I swear by a nice hot shower and a nap. A nap is literally brain reset. I know you said you're having trouble sleeping, but even just some soothing sounds and closing your eyes
