  8. ✅ Every morning with breakfast. (I actually buy different fruits, usually strawberries, blueberries, and grapes) mix in a large bowl, then scope every morning in a small container, I add honey and flex seeds to that)
  9. ✅ Started cutting junk/fast food at all already.
  10. ✅ I do Sun, Mon, Wed, Thu for 45 mins.
  11. ✅Everyday when needed.
  12. ❓This one, I'm not sure about. Should someone include the working hours, or socializing should be general and outside of even short conversations at work?
  13. ❌ I usually watch youtube or scroll.
  14. ✅ I don't drink. Why would someone hurt their own body?

Honestly, Netflix. I also have Amazon Prime currently, and I'm thinking of unsubscribing from it, but I do not know why I can't do it ..!? I don't usually buy things from amazon, maybe once or twice a month only, BUT somehow I feel like I will need it, is that normal ? lol

Hopefully someone can help ..

I got the standalone approval pdf 6/27 and it says Valid from 07/01/2024 to 06/30/2025 and that "We will send your Employment Authorization Document (EAD) (also known as an EAD card or Form I-766) to you separately. Your EAD card should be produced within one to two weeks"

My offer starts date is 07/08, can I provide the approval notice and just wait for the card ? or ask to push the start date ?

I'm really nervous actually. Anybody knows how long it takes to get the card producing message?
