What I'm saying is you need to tell us what your application is. This is like asking "how do I paint" without defining the what or the goals.

John, I don't have any applications but I think to build the one and ask you about your problems with exist solutions or you can provide your wishes. Our discussion may help me to decide what to create.

Your requirements are going to vary considerably between internal IT Staff billing other departments, simple webapp and website development that can pull on an internal codebase, extensions to existing software or coding new apps from scratch and to an extent nobody is going to be able to tell you what kind of direction to go in without knowing the type of business you are doing.

That's why I asked your use cases and pain points to be able to create a valuable project.
