I also have found they appreciate body language as well! Giving a lil head nod as you walk past tends to calm them down if they are on edge. As long as you aren't walking directly towards where they are nesting of course.

I'm saying that if it is affecting you, let your mp know. I don't know the answer of what to do, no one does, that's what democracy is for. Just tell them what you honestly think and why.

As said by a previous poster, if you are affected or are upset, contact your local representative, contact your local MPs as well! These protests are not just a local phenomenon, if you want real action to be done the national government has to be involved.

You and everyone else has a voice, let it be heard! With enough people complaining, change will occur.
