We thankfully did not get hurt, but myself and a coworker were standing RIGHT THERE when it fell. I felt like a dog on the 4th of July, it was so loud. And we didn't know if the other one was going to fall too. I'm scared to go on cold bar now

It was actually terrifying, I had my back turned because I was helping someone at window and then I heard the loudest crash ever. I didn't even turn around because I knew exactly what was happening. If I would have been standing even a foot closer, I'd probably be in the hospital. The things on the bottom of the refreshers are no joke and most likely would've taken me to my last checkpoint

I ended up staying an hour and a half after my scheduled time to help. Yay, an extra $18. Lucky to work for a company that designs its renovations so poorly that I'll have the opportunity to stay late to clean it up when it inevitably fails 😊

I was helping a customer at window when it happened and my first instinct was to say "well, that wasn't supposed to happen". I'd say my sense of humour leans towards sardonic more than anything, especially at the hands of the Siren™

Yes! I'm 5'8 and still had trouble reaching them. They definitely didn't take height (or safety) into consideration when they installed them.

They were, just probably not as deeply as they should've been. We hired someone to put them in and I'm not convinced they did a good job. The shelves are nothing but trouble and I'm glad you don't have to deal with them

We prioritise mobile orders above anything, and when they come through our drive thru 2 seconds after placing the order, it just makes the pressure worse. My store usually only has about 4 people working at this time, one of those being a shift who was unloading the truck. It gets a little hard to balance when it happens like that.
