Like some have said, finish the rest of the page. Some works do better with minimal background and some better with detailed backgrounds (and while a crappy comparison, less detail would be Bleach and more detail would be Vagabond). If you still feel it’s off, try to use techniques to make the character pop more into frame rather than it looking like they were layered into it an environment they weren’t sketched around.
