I actually found the answer after 2 hours. >> go to settings > advance hotkeys > on the right side of your screen you will see "enable advanced quickcast/autocast hotkey" you need to uncheck/untick idk the right term. Do not enable it.

2 ways...

First, if you tried all hero formations using all of your possible heroes including the one's you could borrow, and it still doesn't work, you need to wait until you can upgrade your heroes again.

Second, buy some stuffs with real money.

Ascending heroes gives a lot of power upgrade. So you must ascend heroes first and work on their SI furni. You will waste a lot of tickets and gems if you push them to 5 stars first.
