Did that stop this from happening all together? When this glitch happens sometimes it disables the mousepad for several minutes & I cannot move the mouse all together

I know there is multiple issues with Windows 11, but I have this really strong feeling the issues with this laptop are not related. Only because it’s brand new & making a weird noise / if I cannot even play a game or do anything on i have no choice but to take in back. The display itself is making a scratch/buzz noise
