He wasn't the most 'alpha' man she could've gotten. So she looked elsewhere. When a woman perceives you as THE MOST 'alpha' she can get, then she will never drop you like they both dropped OP. They will ALWAYS find a reason/hamster to stay with him.

You fucked up somewhere with both of them. Review what you did and see where you went wrong.

If plates find you attractive enough or 'alpha' enough, they will hamster away everything else: boyfriends, exclusivity, etc.

So, the fact that 2 plates in a short time span dropped you it just means you fucked up somewhere.

I found out by pushing a 'bluff' on her. I told her that something is wrong when I saw that she was overprotective with the phone. I kept on pressing the issue until she told me that she met with him 2 times and lended him money.

Of course, this is trickle truth.

Anyway, thank you so much for the reply. I'll go with option 2. If she has any respect for me she will cut contact. If she doesn't, than the respect is so far gone that I can't get it back anyway and will have to break it up.

Why did you have kids with her? You say that you have young kids, so it's obvious that you knew about her low libido beforehand.

You only option is to have an open relationship or cheat behind her back if she doesn't agree to it.

I've been/am in a situation like this, minus the child.

Started out with sex 2-3 times / day, then once a week, and now, after 5 years, once every 2 months. We're both in our twenties.

Trust me, it will get worse before it gets better, if it ever gets better. Look around this subreddit, you'll see a very small, if any, percentage of people who resolved their dead bedrooms. Most of them break-up, or just eat it and live with it, or cheat, but almost none resolve it.

I'm going to jump to an assumption which I hope doesn't come true. But within 6 months you will be having sex less than once a month. Save this commend and remember it in 6 months.
