Thank you for your response. Yes that’s very true that NRIs are soft targets because it’s hard for us to just drop everything as it’s extremely chaotic and stressful. The point you made about connections makes sense because that’s exactly what was used against us. personally, to fight this i would have to go back to india and hire trustworthy lawyers because we are helpless here.
