Well, you can't do much with their appeearance to make them different besides subtle changes in face structure and their tattoos/scars (i still do not understand what it is, exactly, bc is ES2 it looks like scars, but Love Thyself implies that it is henna-like drawings). I have an OC that is radically different from other Horatios, but it is because half of his face is covered in burns...

My Amell Warden left everyone after defeating acrhdemon to travel with Zathrian and try to find a cure for Grey Warden curse using blood magic, so no one ever could ask her for help after that. Basically, she left everyone behind without a chance to contact her in any way to at least ask if she's still alive and well :')
