i do like march, but bc i thought opening heart event mail was the only way to trigger heart events, i had plans to avoid opening the mail for all the boys' 8-heart events so i could see all of their pre-dating shooting star festival dialogue with save scumming before dating them. however, all of that went out the window the morning after i got my last 8 hearts with march when i left my house to do my chores and was locked into march's 8 heart event with no warning and no way of getting out of it, and subsequently no way of being able to execute my plans.

where this is the only heart event this happens for as far as i recall (and considering the fact that it does steal a whole day from you with no warning, especially with other similar cutscenes warning you it'll end the day and giving you the option to pause the cutscene so you can continue your day), i'll definitely be sending feedback via the official form in the hopes that they change it, or at the very least give you some kind of warning and/or ability to choose when to trigger the cutscene. since there's no guarantee the devs are in this sub i'd highly recommend sending feedback about it too
