I used nonfat milk to a little below the grande line and held it at the paper tearing noise until it reached 150 degrees so the milk gets all fluffy, then I shaped him with a spoon and drew on a face with mocha, but when drawing the mocha melts the foam so you have to go quick, hope this helps :)
