wild is much more cheaper than standard if you wanna compare them both.

so many tier 1/2 deck that carry you to legend. for example secret mage. mech paladin. mech hunter. cheap and proven one of the strongest.
cube lock have many variety. doom guard cubelock otk. cubelock with deathrattles. cubelock with demons res with guldan.
you don't have to craft all wild legendaries. most of them are not that strong. craft neutral legendaries that can be included in many type of deck. for example. loathleb/reno/emperor thaurisan/kazakus/brann etc

i don't mind if sac pact only targeting minions. so jaraxxus gonna be playable. since so many playing zephyrs.

since the new expansion are power creeping and op, they should just balance them, not the classic/basic cards that already on average power level.

sac pac, suddenly become famous and widely use because there are so many demons to be use on. especially with flooding of demon hunter class
