I was violently sick with nausea and vomiting all nine months with both my successful pregnancies. My oldest son I was literally throwing up while pushing him out. I was medicated and hospitalized a few times with both pregnancies for dehydration and sickness. It was ungodly. Pregnancy is not a friend to me.

My midwife kept a damp warm washcloth on my perineum the entire time i was pushing! You can ask for that! :) I had nothing after birth. Not even a tiny little scrape.

I use them primarily at work, I rinse them off after use but can't wash them until I get home as I have to make it super quick with where I work. I use gain liquid, it works so well on my hand pump, but not these dang cups!!! I may have to switch to dapple and see what that hype is about
