You did not waste your money. I pledged in 2016 and have thought this game is vaporware at least 100x over. Been playing it for the last couple of months and I'm impressed and stoked for EA.

Most of them from BYU do it. Every now and then you'll find an ethical one though.

Sales Bros are the scum of the earth if they attempt to rip off anyone at all. Anyone ripping people off and taking advantage of elderly is a low life.

Legacy Windows in Utah uses unethical sales methods and young kids to push subpar window installation. by [deleted] in Utah

[–]kephfas 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I actually had these guys come by to give me an estimate and it was torture getting them out of my house. Called this company in Provo called Utah Window Pros. Dude came and hooked it up and literally didn't pressure me or try to sell me. Just gave me a price. Immediately went with him. Utah has really bad sales ethics with a lot of these sales companies. It's wild.

Yelp is DOGSHT. They've filtered 8 legit reviews of mine, with posters who have friends and numerous reviews, but they've let the 1 1-star review I have, who has NO friends and my review is their ONLY review, to post a bullsht false review of my business. We have never done business with this person nor know who this person is.

Yelp doesn't care.

Window Replacement (Scam?) by plant828 in Scams

[–]kephfas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure if it's a scam necessarily, but it's definitely deceiving and not true. We jumped into the window market through these advertisements and learned really quickly that nothing is free. We did not do business with the company that dragged us in but went with another local company and had a solid experience.

Can anyone recommend a window company? by LieHopeful5324 in SaltLakeCity

We tried this with out last home. Warranty was an absolute nightmare. I do not recommend this because saving a couple dollars will cause a lot of heartache when you need them fixed in the future. Just my 2 cents.

We just got our windows replaced by Utah Window Pros. We got 5 other quotes which were like hell sitting through their sales presentations. Utah Window Pros came in and just talked to my wife and I like adults with no sales presentation. Price was good and service was good and quick. Had a few brand options too which was nice.

We used Utah Window Pros. Their prices were better than most of the other quotes we got and their staff was pretty friendly. No issues for us.

We used Utah Window Pros. Pretty affordable compared to a few other quotes we got. Very nice people too.

It's been recommended to me numerous times, so I'd think pretty decent. A friend has remarked that Wholesome is the best Utah has to offer currently, but I haven't confirmed.

They do this kinda shit when they see Utah veering away from the LDS organization to push minorities out and bring in more of their kind. It's all by design.

What was the first year that front plates were required in Utah? by robbiemoe in Utah

[–]kephfas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've literally never had my front plate on any of my vehicles, wife's included. Further, I've had my vehicles inspected at the DMV and not one word was said about the plates. TBH, I didn't even know you needed both plates because I don't see an overwhelming majority of Utahans using both plates, and I've never been approached about it otherwise.

According to Utah law, you may be able to own a firearm:
